Senior Project Manager

ABOUT THE JOB As a Senior Project Manager in our delivery team, you will be one of the driving forces in the development of digital solutions for some of the most exciting e-commerce customers across industry-leading platforms within Commerce, Order management, CMS, and more. You will be mainly responsible for managing and delivering projects, with regard to scope, budget, and timeline, and you will be the primary facilitator of your project teams, as well as the primary contact person for your clients. You will be part of a team of experienced colleagues consisting of, e.g., business consultants, project managers, developers, designers, UX’ers, and quality assurance consultants. Your responsibilities will be: • Project management of development teams and facilitation of SCRUM meetings, ensuring deliveries within time, budget, and scope • Ensure a great team spirit in the project team • Build strong relationships with our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction • Contribute to ensuring a focus on optimizing processes and general actions that will improve the department's productivity and quality Additionally, we expect you to: • Have a degree strongly related to Project Management, Business, IT, or a similar field of education • Have experience leading digital software projects, preferably from an agency/the consultant side • Can document a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management of development teams and customer advisory • Technical understanding and/or experience with technical projects, preferably related to e-commerce (CMS, Order Management, PIM, digital marketing tools, etc.) • Understand digital marketing and UX & Design • Have a great understanding of connecting business and IT • Have experience with SCRUM • Be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing LIFE AT IMPACT For more than 20 years, IMPACT has pioneered some of the most advanced commerce solutions in the Nordics.
