We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-impact infrastructure transformation programme in the financial sector. In this role, you’ll lead complex Data Center and Infrastructure Migration initiatives, working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise-scale environment where reliability, governance, and execution really matter.

Your role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex infrastructure-related projects from planning through execution. You’ll help ensure successful delivery across timelines, budgets, scope, and risk, while keeping stakeholders aligned and project momentum on track.
Your responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Data Center and Infrastructure Migration projects
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, governance, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth project delivery
• Drive communication and decision-making across business and technical teams
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
• Ensure all activities are delivered in line with governance standards and best practices
What we’re looking for
•
7–10 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Strong background in Infrastructure and Data Center projects
• Experience working in the financial sector or another highly regulated environment
• Good understanding of PMO frameworks and structured project governance
• Strong skills in budget management, financial tracking, and project reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment
Must-have
•
Project Management experience in complex IT environments
• Sybase knowledge / experience
• Strong planning and organising skills
• Willingness to work 5 days onsite form the office
Nice to have
• Experience with ITIL Incident Management
• Knowledge of Power BI or broader data analysis
