Senior Project Manager

Nasze wymagania: 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering digital/IT initiatives Strong business-oriented project management experience Experience delivering projects in FMCG or retail environments (ideally experience with trade incentives, payments, e-ordering, or retailer engagement platforms) Strong stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills Experience working in global, remote, distributed environments Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in US/BA time zones Fluent English (spoken and written) - at least C1 Mile widziane: Experience with digital trading or similar retail platforms Experience with Salesforce, preferably Experience Cloud O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of a Digital Trade platform in the US market. The project is currently in the initiation phase and requires strong collaboration with both Commercial and IT stakeholders in a global environment. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the deployment of the digital trading platform in the US, including a payment solution for retailer trade incentives Manage end-to-end project governance: planning, steering, monitoring, and reporting Coordinate communication across multiple global teams and ensure a consistent project cadence (meetings, follow-ups, progress tracking) Manage remote delivery with stakeholders operating mainly in the US/BA time zones Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery Collaborate closely with Commercial and IT teams across markets Oferujemy: A full-time contract with possibility to choose the form of employment (UoP/B2B) Stable and long-term cooperation A clearly defined career path and the possibility of development in four areas as: Project Manager, Business Manager, Technical Leader and a specialist in their field Participation in company conferences, trainings, workshops, integration meetings, etc. Certification and training opportunities Opportunity to relocate and work in different ALTEN Polska branches
