Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
Extensive experience in software system design, architecture, and integration.
Practical knowledge in software deployment, tuning, and performance optimization.
Excellent organizational skills and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
Mile widziane:
Experience with middleware systems or integration platforms.
Certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
Knowledge of modern software development cycles and DevOps practices.

Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning to successful delivery, ensuring seamless middleware migration and integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and success criteria aligned with strategic business goals.
Decompose complex technical tasks, delegating effectively to ensure project efficiency and quality.
Manage and coordinate project teams in an agile, results-driven environment.
Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues as they arise.
Ensure adherence to project methodologies, industry standards, and best practices.
Communicate project status, technical insights, and risks clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
