Senior Project Manager

O projekcie:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a major banking organization and lead complex business and IT initiatives in a regulated environment.

The role combines program and project management, coordination of multiple projects, stakeholder management, and delivery of business documentation within a highly regulated banking environment.
You will work with international, distributed teams and external vendors, coordinating activities across multiple streams and ensuring effective delivery against business and regulatory requirements.

Wymagania:
- University degree, preferably in Management, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering IT or business projects within the banking sector.- 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager, with proven experience managing programs consisting of multiple projects.- Proven experience in business projects involving the creation of banking documentation subject to regulatory requirements.- Strong practical knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe.- Excellent knowledge of Jira, Confluence and MS Project.- English at C1 level or higher.- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.- Confidence in public speaking and presenting to large audiences.- Experience working in the banking sector, preferably within international organizations.- Experience in transaction banking will be an advantage.- Proven experience managing distributed, international teams.- Experience working with and managing external vendors/suppliers.- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, regulated and international environment.

Codzienne zadania:
- Manage complex programs consisting of multiple interconnected IT and business projects.
- Coordinate project managers, business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.
- Take ownership of program planning, governance, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery.
- Lead projects related to the creation and maintenance of banking documentation within a regulatory framework.
- Coordinate distributed and international teams across different locations and functions.
- Manage communication with senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and large audiences.
- Identify risks, dependencies and delivery issues and drive appropriate mitigation actions.
- Ensure effective project and program governance, reporting and documentation.
- Work with tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe or similar frameworks.
