As a Senior Project Manager – Global Markets, you will be working for our client, a leader in securities operations and investment funds services. Focused on Front Office to Finance processing chains, you will drive impactful initiatives that revolutionize capital markets infrastructure. Your main responsibilities: • Lead the research and implementation phases of strategic projects, ensuring clear framing and governance. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and address unplanned events effectively. • Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment. • Take ownership of specific actions and analyses related to project delivery. • Coordinate staffing and resource allocation with line managers and governance bodies. • Conduct project retrospectives to gather insights and optimize future project execution. You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in capital markets or related fields. • In-depth knowledge of Front Office to Finance processing chains and global capital markets products. • Proven experience managing international, complex projects within global financial institutions. • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with C-level executives. • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities. • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. • Fluent in English. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or similar. • Experience with integrated IT architecture solutions within financial services.
