Senior Project Manager (Cloud & Cybersecurity)

O projekcie: Hands-on Project Manager with a PMI certification who can lead projects end-to-end as the sole PM. You’re comfortable switching between structured Waterfall delivery and Agile execution — especially where governance, documentation, and control matter. Understanding of cloud (like Azure) and cybersecurity domain is highly desirable. Wymagania: Requirements: - PMI certification (CAPM or preferably PMP)- Strong experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies- Proven experience acting as a sole Project Manager on IT projects- Experience in IT transformation and/or integration projects- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills- Very good command of English, both spoken and written- Solid understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains, including: Firewalls (FW) and proxy solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Database Activity Monitoring, Endpoint protection solutions, Security monitoring, Vulnerability management and security baselines, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network security and Azure cloud architecture Nice to have: - Experience in financial sector Codzienne zadania: - Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains - Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders) - Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, depending on the project - Apply structured Waterfall practices (clear phases, documentation, change control, governance) - Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate - Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security - Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements - Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders
