The role involves end-to-end project ownership, from planning through delivery, while working closely with stakeholders and suppliers. The position requires a strong technical mindset combined with leadership, communication, and change management skills, as well as experience with security solutions and mainframe-related environments. Responsibilities you'll have • Managing and delivering IT projects within Cyber Security, with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management • Leading and coordinating initiatives related to Privileged Access Management • Managing and cooperating with external suppliers (Supplier Management) • Acting as a Delivery Lead for IT and security-related projects • Planning, driving, and delivering projects in line with defined business requirements • Managing multiple parallel activities and ongoing project initiatives • Working independently and taking ownership of meeting project commitments • Managing change processes and stakeholder relationships • Translating technical requirements and specifications into clear actions and deliverables • Ensuring effective project communication across all stakeholders Expected competences and knowledge • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role • Proven experience in Project Management and delivery of IT and security projects • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management and security solutions • Conceptual and technical understanding of access control systems • Experience or familiarity with Mainframe / RACF • Strong communication skills in English • Ability to understand, navigate, and clearly communicate technical topics • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Flexibility and adaptability to change • Positive, engaging, and proactive attitude • High level of independence and accountability Technologies you'll work with • Identity & Access Management (IAM) • Privileged Access Management (PAM) • Cyber Security solutions • Access control systems • Mainframe / RACF environments Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
