Senior Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Working as a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will: • Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across the organisation • Translate audit findings into actionable implementation plans and ensure their execution • Drive projects related to IAM, access management, data protection, and backup strategies • Oversee vulnerability management and coordinate remediation efforts across teams • Define and implement security procedures, standards, and governance frameworks • Coordinate incident response initiatives and support crisis management processes • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure security alignment • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks – ensuring timely mitigation • Drive accountability and ensure delivery of tangible outcomes, not just reporting About Chabre IT Services Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider, building long-lasting relationships with Enterprises. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cybersecurity or security-related initiatives • Strong understanding of IAM, access control, and identity governance • Experience with data protection, backup strategies, and incident response processes • Proven track record in delivering security-related projects in complex environments • Ability to translate technical topics into business language • Experience working with security frameworks and audit-driven environments • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomes • Certifications such as CISO, CISSP, CISM or equivalent will be a strong advantage We offer • Rate up to 160,00 PLN/h + VAT • Remote work • Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł • Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5) • Co-financing of courses related to the position • Benefits: MultiSport, Medicover
