A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Senior Project Manager would be: • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a dynamic Omni-channel programme within the Individual business • Coordinate delivery across multiple IT partners to ensure alignment, quality, and timely execution • Manage third-party vendor relationships and hold partners accountable for agreed deliverables • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to shape programme direction and objectives • Oversee governance, reporting, and implementation controls as the programme moves through delivery phase • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle • Drive clear communication across all delivery partners and internal teams • Ensure successful transition into implementation with strong oversight and accountability Requirements:• Proven experience operating as a Senior Project Manager • Strong track record delivering complex digital implementations • Experience managing multiple third-party vendors and IT partners • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams • Strong communication and influencing capability • Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills Nice to Have:• Experience delivering Omni-channel strategies or customer experience transformation initiatives • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies So, are you ready to join our team?
