Senior Project Manager for Critical Project - IAM (Cyber Security)

Industry: Banking Budget: 160PLN/h+VAT on B2B contract Hybrid way of work from Warsaw, Lodz or Tricity office - 2 days per week Summary The role of Senior Project Manager focuses on leading and managing IT projects in the field of Identity Access Management (IAM) within Cyber Security. The primary objective of this position is to ensure successful delivery of projects, particularly those related to Privileged Access Management (PAM), while managing stakeholder expectations and technical requirements. Main Responsibilities: • Manage and implement IT projects specifically in Identity Access Management (IAM). • Oversee Supplier Management related to project activities. • Lead project teams to establish and deliver PAM solutions. • Translate technical specifications into actionable project steps. • Independently meet project commitments while aligning with business requirements. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage relationships. • Adapt and respond to changes in project scope or requirements. Key Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar project management role. • Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management. • Experience managing IT and Security projects. • Familiarity with Supplier Management. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Technical mindset with problem-solving ability. • Ability to engage with technical subjects effectively. Nice to Have: • Experience or familiarity with Mainframe/RACF. • Agile Delivery Management experience. • Knowledge of access control systems outside of PAM. • Change Management experience.
