Zakres obowiązków: Lead the research and implementation phases of strategic projects, ensuring clear framing and governance. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and address unplanned events effectively. Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment. Take ownership of specific actions and analyses related to project delivery. Coordinate staffing and resource allocation with line managers and governance bodies. Conduct project retrospectives to gather insights and optimize future project execution.
