Senior Project Manager (HMI software)

This role is a combination of account management and delivery. This is a unique opportunity for professionals in the area who are ready to lead exciting projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and contribute to our dynamic, growing company.REQUIREMENTS • Experience as Senior Project Manager or Software Delivery  Manager in software projects, with a proven track record in managing complex systems for global clients • Strong background in embedded systems, HMI or other software engineering projects • Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices • Expertise in modern agile and iterative methodologies • Excellent client relationship management skills, with ability to operate at executive level • Fluent English (C1) • Flexibility to travel to the client’s site from time to time (once a quarter) Nice To Have • Experience in pre-sales activities • Experience in embedded • Experience in Software House • Flexibility to work across US and EU time zones RESPONSIBILITIES • Build networking & communication with the customer – establish new contacts • Analyze and define development plans with the customer • Support the preparation and review of offers • Work with internal and external (customer) stakeholders for project delivery • Create & update the Account Plans for the customer • Proactively proposing solutions to current customers • Manage multiple teams About Spyrosoft Spyrosoft is an authentic, cutting-edge software engineering company, established in 2016.
