Working as an M&A Project Manager, you will: • Lead integration projects following mergers and acquisitions across systems and organisational structures • Define and implement integration standards, frameworks, and governance models • Coordinate alignment of processes, systems (including ERP), and teams • Drive change management initiatives to support smooth organisational transitions • Ensure consistency of organisational identity while integrating new entities • Identify risks related to integration and proactively manage mitigation strategies • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT • Structure and optimise processes in a rapidly growing organisation • Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes in complex transformation initiatives About Chabre IT Services Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider, building long-lasting relationships with Enterprises. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth integration of newly acquired companies, aligning systems, processes, and teams while maintaining organisational coherence and efficiency. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in M&A, transformation, or integration projects • Proven experience in post-merger integration (PMI) environments • Strong background in change management and organisational transformation • Understanding of system integration challenges (ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus) • Experience working in large, complex organisations • Ability to structure processes and bring clarity in dynamic environments • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • High level of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or change management We offer • Rate up to 160,00 PLN/h + VAT • Remote work • Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł • Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5) • Co-financing of courses related to the position • Benefits: MultiSport, Medicover
