Senior Project Manager - Multi-ERP & Regulatory Programs

O projekcie: This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, global IT and ERP programs for a major international manufacturing organization operating at enterprise scale, including work for a well-known global leader in paints, coatings, and specialty materials. The Senior Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of regulatory-driven initiatives, particularly related to environmental and packaging compliance, translating regulatory requirements into robust system and process solutions across multi-ERP landscapes. Corporate & Enterprise Expectations: - Strong governance mindset, including budget control, risk management, audit readiness, and adherence to global policies. - Experience working across regions and time zones in a multinational environment. - Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent). Contract details: freelance B2B contract | 18 months Wymagania: - Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale IT or ERP programs in complex, global organizations. - Hands-on experience working within multi-ERP landscapes (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar). - Strong understanding of supply chain processes and their integration with ERP solutions. - Experience with regulatory-driven initiatives, preferably environmental or packaging regulations (PPW or similar). - English proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory), with the ability to lead meetings, negotiate, and present to senior stakeholders. - Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization. Codzienne zadania: - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and ERP programs, including scope, milestones, dependencies, KPIs, and governance. - Manage projects impacted by environmental and packaging regulations (e.g. PPW), translating compliance requirements into system and process solutions. - Coordinate cross-functional global teams across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, as well as external vendors and system integrators. - Drive execution, risk and issue management, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and corporate standards. - Support change management, user adoption, and global rollouts through structured communication and enablement. - Provide clear, executive-level communication and reporting, and facilitate steering committees and governance forums.
