Senior Project Manager - Process & Automation (Food Manufacturing)

On behalf of a client within the food manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a long-term assignment focused on automation and processing solutions. You will take ownership of projects across the full lifecycle – from early feasibility studies through to implementation in production environments – working closely with engineering, operations, and external vendors. Main Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end project delivery (feasibility → execution → implementation) • Lead automation and processing-related projects in a production environment • Manage stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business units • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements • Coordinate suppliers and ensure timely, high-quality delivery Key Requirements • 5+ years of experience in project management, including delivery of complex technical or industrial projects • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working with automation in industrial or production environments • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects (feasibility, design, implementation, commissioning) • Strong stakeholder management experience across engineering, operations, and external vendors • Relevant engineering background (e.g. process, automation, mechanical or similar), supported by practical project delivery experience Nice to Have • Experience from food & beverage or similar regulated industries • Knowledge of automation systems used in production environments Other Details Start: April 2026 Duration: Initially until end of year with potential for extension Location: Aarhus area, onsite Workload: 37 hours/week
