Senior Project Manager (Software House Experience)

The Opportunity Join us as a Senior Project Manager and help deliver multiple green‑field products - from marketplace platforms to internal SaaS - while co‑building our in‑house AI‑native development system. You'll: • Manage smarter, deliver faster with Claude Code, AI‑powered project planning tools, and whatever ingenious solutions you suggest. • Lead & coordinate complex software development projects from conception to deployment across multiple concurrent ventures. • Develop our AI‑native platform for project management - your feedback and features go straight into the product roadmap. • Collaborate remotely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders across Poland and Saudi Arabia on several ventures at once. • Own the project lifecycle: planning, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery optimization. • Champion best practices in agile methodologies, project documentation, team coordination, and modern project management workflows. You Might Be a Good Fit If You… • Have deep experience managing software development projects in software houses, agencies, or product companies. • Are fluent with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, Asana), and modern development workflows. • Have a proven** track record** delivering complex web applications, mobile apps, and API integrations on time and within budget. • Have already experimented with AI productivity tools for project planning, documentation, and team coordination. • Master stakeholder management, cross‑functional team leadership, risk assessment, and resource optimization. • Communicate confidently in English (Polish is a bonus - many teammates are Polish). • Thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where you switch between projects and wear many hats. • Have extensive experience working with remote, distributed development teams across different time zones. • Believe in process excellence - clear documentation, transparent communication, and continuous improvement are second nature. • Experience with software house dynamics: client management, scope changes, technical debt discussions, and vendor relationships. • Understanding of modern tech stacks (React, Node.js, Flutter, cloud platforms) to effectively communicate with technical teams. • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are a plus but not required - we value practical experience over credentials.
