Senior Project Manager & Team Lead

O projekcie: Falck is continuing its digital transformation journey, and within Infrastructure, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager & Team Lead to drive and deliver complex, cross-organizational IT initiatives. This role is responsible for leading large-scale projects spanning multiple business units, streams, teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enterprise-wide impact. In addition, the role includes people management responsibilities, mentoring team members, and fostering a high-performing delivery culture. Wymagania: Must have: - ​Extensive experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional IT projects in international environments. - ​Strong expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - ​Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple organizational levels. - ​Demonstrated experience in leading teams and/or having people management responsibilities. - ​Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - ​Strong financial management capabilities (budgeting, cost control, business case understanding). - ​Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid environments. - ​Experience working with external vendors and managing outsourced services. - ​Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and matrix organization. - ​Fluent English (written and spoken) ​Nice to have: - ​Experience in large-scale global transformation programs. - ​Experience with IT vendor management and contract governance. - ​Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar. - ​Experience working in regulated environments. - ​Coaching or mentoring experience within project or delivery teams. ​Nice to have certification or course completed: - ​Agile certifications such as AgilePM, Scum Master, SAFe or similar. - ​PRINCE2, PMP or similar. - ​IT technologies certifications.​ Codzienne zadania: - ​Leading and delivering large-scale, cross-organizational projects with enterprise-wide impact. - ​Managing end-to-end project lifecycle using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, depending on project needs. - ​Driving coordination across multiple teams, streams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. - ​Managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and executive stakeholders. - ​Ensuring effective governance, reporting, risk management, and escalation handling across projects. - ​Maintaining full financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and identifying optimization opportunities. - ​Building strong collaboration across internal IT teams, business units, and external delivery partners. - ​Establishing and maintaining clear communication structures, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders. - ​Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, roadmaps, and executive reports. - ​Driving continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback from stakeholders and lessons learned. - ​Acting as a mentor for less experienced project managers and team members, supporting their professional development. - ​Leading and managing a team (where applicable), including coaching, performance development, and fostering engagement. - ​Contributing to strategic and tactical planning and supporting decision-making at program and portfolio level.​
