Senior Rollout Manager

You will join a motivated, energetic, and international team of release and rollout managers and collaborate with stakeholders such as test managers, product owners, execution leads, scrum masters, and operations teams to ensure safe and successful delivery.   Responsibilities you'll have • Define release and roll-out strategy, governance model, and milestone plan based on established processes and best practices • Coordinate release and roll-out organization and supporting teams for go-live preparation, including resource planning, implementation planning, and dress rehearsals • Plan and coordinate change activities throughout roll-out activities • Plan and coordinate business verification activities during rehearsals and go-live • Lead go-live and post–go-live activities • Ensure production operations teams receive proper transition support • Lead roll-out decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each milestone • Improve release quality and efficiency by integrating automation and DevOps ways of working into release orchestration   Expected competences and knowledge • Over 7 years of experience in IT project management and planning • Experience with application release or data migration projects, including hands-on use of release or cutover planning tools • Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes under ITIL framework • Understanding of technology solution architecture • Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, Helix) • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle • Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working • Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies • Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Accountability, proactivity, and ability to adapt to change • Highly proficient spoken and written English • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related disciplines • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for implementation events Nice to have • Experience in banking or finance sectors   Technologies you'll work with • JIRA • Helix • ITIL processes   Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
