Senior SAP Project Manager

Our Client is an international technology organization delivering advanced IT solutions for highly regulated industries, operating globally and running large-scale, complex projects.The project focuses on migrating SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA using a Brownfield approach, with multiple global roll-outs planned in the coming years.  We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager who will lead a key migration project from the early requirements phase through go-live and further stages of the program. WORK MODE: 100% remoteAVAILABILITY: up to 1 month notice period WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? • Managing all aspects of the SAP ECC → SAP S/4HANA (cloud) migration project, including planning, scheduling, scope, budget, quality, and risk. • Coordinating project teams (10–20 people) and collaborating in a global, matrix-driven environment. • Communicating with business and technical stakeholders, providing clear status updates, reports, and key insights. • Managing project artifacts such as reports, dashboards, process documentation, and leadership materials, ensuring proper version control. • Identifying risks, process gaps, and potential issues, and proactively proposing effective solutions. • Supporting the program with a proactive mindset—anticipating needs, initiating actions, and engaging stakeholders without waiting for escalation. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? • 10–15 years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs, including SAP initiatives. • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations (mandatory). • Strong knowledge of FI/CO and SD modules. • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies. • Fluent English (daily work in an international environment). • Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and budget management skills.
