Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Nasze wymagania: 5+ years of experience in project or program management, especially in IT implementations. Proven success in managing SAP S/4HANA or ERP HCM upgrade projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices. Experience in team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and working with diverse units. Familiarity with SAP implementation environments and UX/design thinking. Fluency in Polish and English (C1 required). Hands-on experience with work breakdown structures, schedules, and project tools like JIRA and MS Project. Ability to work independently, manage multiple work threads, and deliver results in a complex environment. Mile widziane: Knowledge of SCRUM methodology. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the entire lifecycle of the SAP HCM to S/4HANA project, from planning to go-live. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, legal, finance, and cybersecurity units. Supervise project progress and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders at all levels. Maintain strong communication with suppliers and technology partners. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Incorporate UX and design thinking principles into project delivery. Organize and manage multiple project streams independently and effectively. Adapt to changing environments, demonstrating agility and stakeholder management skills.
