We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with a strong background in AI-driven products and projects. This role involves more than just team facilitation; it requires strategic contributions to Agile practices, active involvement in the Agile Competence Centre, and the sharing of knowledge across the organization. Main Responsibilities • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) ensuring high team engagement and continuous improvement. • Act as a servant leader, coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices. • Support the delivery of AI-based products and projects, ensuring alignment between Agile practices, technical constraints, and business goals. • Identify, remove, and proactively prevent impediments that may impact team performance or delivery. • Ensure all expected deliveries from the previous seniority level are met with consistency and quality. • Suggest and help implement new Agile practices and procedures, aligned with the guidelines of the Agile Competence Center. • Promote Agile maturity across teams and stakeholders. • Conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions within the hub, contributing to upskilling and standardization. • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical leaders to ensure roadmap alignment and value delivery. Key Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile environments. • Scrum Master Certification: PSM II or A-CSM. • Proven, hands-on experience with AI products and/or AI-driven projects. • Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and scaling concepts. • Experience working with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams (including data science and engineering profiles). • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. • Ability to influence without authority and drive change at team and organizational levels. • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and metrics-driven delivery. • Comfortable working in complex, evolving environments typical of AI initiatives.
