Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach

The Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach role encompasses responsibility for two agile delivery teams in the Enterprise Integrations and SCADA product area. This position requires effective coordination with peers, product owners, architects, compliance officers, QAs, and developers. As a servant leader, you will coach the team and promote a culture of continual improvement. The consultants duties include facilitating both team and program-level agile events and ceremonies, along with managing team reporting. Additionally, there may be opportunities to share RTE/Agile Coach activities with other scrum masters and coaches intermittently. Main Responsibilities: • Manage and support agile delivery teams to ensure smooth operations. • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Coach team members in agile methodologies. • Facilitate agile ceremonies and events. • Implement strategies to foster continual improvement. • Oversee team performance and reporting metrics. Key Requirements: • Proven experience as Scrum Master and RTE in agile environments. • Background in IT/OT product areas. • Experience in regulated GxP work environments. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools. • Knowledge of agile coaching techniques is advantageous. Nice to Have: • Experience with additional agile methodologies. • Certifications in Scrum or Agile project management. • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
