Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead Responsibilities: • Own the execution rhythm from planning through delivery to release, ensuring predictability and focus on business outcomes • Drive delivery execution by maintaining momentum, resolving blockers, and ensuring commitments are met • Identify, track, and actively manage cross-team and cross-ART dependencies, aligning scope and timelines with key stakeholders • Build and maintain a clear impediment and risk log, removing blockers by navigating the organization and escalating early when needed • Lead continuous improvement by maintaining an actionable backlog and driving tangible improvements in flow, collaboration, and quality • Coach teams to become more effective, self-organising, and outcome-driven while strengthening stakeholder communication • Partner closely with Product Owners to improve backlog readiness, refinement quality, and clarity of scope and acceptance criteria • Facilitate Agile ceremonies where needed, with a strong focus on delivery effectiveness rather than process adherence   Requirements: • Minimum 7 years of experience in Agile delivery roles, including experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex environments • Proven track record in driving delivery execution, resolving blockers, and ensuring commitments are met • Hands-on experience in dependency management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-team coordination • Confidence in removing impediments at both team and system level (process, tooling, decision-making, organization) • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, including conflict resolution, team dynamics, and decision facilitation • Experience working with distributed and multi-location teams, with strong focus on clarity, transparency, and alignment • Strong practical knowledge of Agile ways of working and building high-performing teams (self-organization, empowerment, sustainable pace) • Solid experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence, with a strong delivery-focused mindset • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Nice to have: • Experience working in scaled Agile environments (e.g. SAFe), including PI planning and collaboration with RTEs and PMs • Background in financial services or other regulated environments with high quality expectations • Strong focus on actionable metrics (flow, predictability, quality signals) and using them to improve delivery outcomes • Relevant certifications such as PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe ASM or SPC • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a "lead without authority" model   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
