Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager (Part-time)

O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (0.5 FTE). You will facilitate agile processes, ensure smooth project delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. This is a key role for driving efficiency, team alignment, and continuous improvement across our projects. Wymagania: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach in software development projects. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive solutions proactively. - Experience in coaching teams and fostering a collaborative, self-organizing environment. - Technical understanding of software development processes is a plus. - Certifications such as PSM, CSM, or PMP are desirable but not mandatory. Codzienne zadania: - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Support product owners in managing the product backlog and prioritizing work. - Remove impediments and obstacles to ensure smooth delivery of projects. - Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and best practices. - Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing timely reporting to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business, to ensure alignment. - Drive process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
