Zakres obowiązków: - We are looking for an experienced senior delivery and engineering manager to lead a large custom application delivery organization in Poland, operating as part of an international delivery setup. - The role focuses on managing teams responsible for the delivery, modernization, and operation of business‑critical software systems for enterprise clients. - This position combines people leadership, delivery accountability, and organizational development, without expectations of hands‑on technical work.
