A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Senior Solutions Architect would be:
 
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to capture and define functional and technical requirements.
• Design solution architectures supporting enhancements to existing platforms and future technology initiatives.
• Produce high-quality technical specifications, architecture documentation and user documentation.
• Work closely with third-party development partners to ensure solution designs are understood and implemented correctly.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, resolving design and implementation issues.
• Support solution testing, technical assurance and production rollout activities.
• Deliver workshops and technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop data management strategies and recommend improvements to reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Define technical processes and solution designs supporting new regulatory initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose new technical solutions to address evolving industry challenges.
• Ensure solution designs align with security, governance and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
 

Requirements:
 
• 7+ year’s experience working as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into solution designs.
• Experience producing technical specifications and architecture documentation.
• Ability to work with third-party development teams throughout solution delivery.
• Experience providing technical leadership during software development and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing data management and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
• Experience working with SQL databases and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of systems integration and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

 

Nice to Haves:
• Telecommunications industry experience.
• Knowledge of Voice and SMS network architecture.
• Understanding of ITU-T Recommendations, ETSI standards and 3GPP specifications.
• Experience within telecommunications regulation or working with regulatory bodies.
• Understanding of nuisance communications, scam prevention technologies or fraud mitigation solutions.
