Role Overview: We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and operation of an ongoing IT service. This role is responsible for service performance, team coordination, and SLA/KPI compliance in a client-facing environment. Location: Braga Work Model: Hybrid ( 2 times a week) Duration: 7 months (with strong possibility of extension) Languages: English (C2), Portuguese (C2) Requirements: • Experience in a similar role:• Service Delivery Manager / Managed Services Manager / IT Service Manager. • Proven experience managing teams. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Experience with service management (SLA/KPI tracking and reporting). • Strong stakeholder and communication skills. • Experience handling operational issues and escalations. • Fluent in English and Portuguese (C2 required). Nice to Have: • Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred). • Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.
