Outokumpu Corporation employs approximately 8,500 professionals in close to 30 countries, with headquarters in Helsinki, Finland and shares listed in Nasdaq Helsinki. Read more: www.outokumpu.com      Ongoing responsibilities   • Operational management and SLA/performance analysis of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem) • Demand evaluation and recommendations • Coordination of onsite support activities • Support root cause analysis and ensure preventive actions with suppliers • Coordinate changes and support successful releases with technical teams • Vendor management, including governance and SLA oversight • Ensure compliance with security policies in collaboration with suppliers and security teams • Invoice control and budget compliance • Drive service improvements and continuous optimisation • Oversee hardware/software lifecycle management, including vendor coordination and replacements • Maintain accurate service documentation and CMDB data • Identify and manage support gaps within the service • Assess and mitigate operational, cyber, and service risks • Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders • Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for network-related queries from business, IT, and vendors Key Technical Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications  • Experience of working in a production/ manufacturing industry • 5+ years in similar role • Technical knowledge • Broad knowledge of networking fundamentals and LAN and WLAN infrastructure (specifically Aruba and Palo Alto Networks) • Knowledge or experience of network device replacement • Knowledge of Azure network is advantageous • Knowledge of Aruba and Palo Alto Networks tools is advantageous (eg Aruba Central, Clearpass, Panorama) What we offer • An international, diverse, and highly collaborative work environment • Private life insurance (Ergo Hestia) for added peace of mind • Comprehensive medical care (Lux Med) to support your health and wellbeing • Pension scheme (PPK with PZU) to help you plan for the future • Multisport card to support an active and healthy lifestyle • Annual performance bonus (STI) rewarding your contribution and results Employment details: • 3-month probation period • Permanent contract offered after successful performance review Work model: • Hybrid working model – 2 days per week in our modern, centrally located office Please send your CV in English.
