Project DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IT Project Manager to support the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects within an international environment. The role is operational and focused on coordinating implementation activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery in cooperation with external delivery partners.The position will act as a client-side Project Manager, representing the business and coordinating with delivery partners responsible for implementation. The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working in Agile project environments.The initial focus will be on ServiceNow projects, with potential involvement in SAP-related initiatives in the future.The projects include:- Implementation of approval workflows in ServiceNow – development of a workflow solution supporting executive board approval processes for one of the company’s regions. The role requires close cooperation with business stakeholders and delivery teams.- Implementation of ServiceNow ticketing functionality for order management processes – configuration of an existing ServiceNow module to support dealer order requests, Central Order Desk operations, and routing orders to appropriate factories. The project has a global scope and requires strong stakeholder management.- Implementation of ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) / Project Management functionality – coordination of activities supporting project managers in adopting ServiceNow project management capabilities. The role requires understanding of ServiceNow best practices and the ability to quickly learn new platform functionalities.The cooperation is planned to start in July 2026.The role is fully remote; however, occasional presence in the Kraków office (approximately 2 days per week) would be preferred to support collaboration and ensure dedicated engagement.
Project Environment- Technology: ServiceNow (primary focus), SAP (potential future projects)- Methodology: Agile / ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0- Team structure:- Client side: ServiceNow Architect and Consultant support- Delivery partner side: 2–5 implementation team members- Location: Remote (with preferred Kraków office presence 2 days/week)- Start date: July 2026- Engagement level: 0.5–1 FTE depending on the number of active projectsIdeal candidate: A proactive IT Project Manager with ServiceNow implementation experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently drive delivery in a global Agile environment.

Wymagania:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an IT Project Manager.- Proven experience in project management, including:- project planning,- resource management,- project tracking and control,- budget planning and monitoring.- Experience working with data and processes in both technical and business contexts.- Ability to create, maintain, and adjust project plans, work plans, and budget plans.- Good understanding of project management methodologies:- Agile,- Waterfall.- Experience delivering implementation projects based on enterprise software platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce).- Practical experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects is highly preferred.- Experience working with ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 is a strong advantage.- Ability to document project progress, communicate status updates, and implement corrective actions when required.- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.- Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.- Fluent English skills (written and spoken) – required.- Ability to work effectively in an international environment and across different time zones.Nice to Have- ServiceNow certifications.- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.- Previous experience as a ServiceNow consultant or implementation specialist.- Experience working with global enterprise organizations.- Experience coordinating projects delivered by external implementation partners.

Codzienne zadania:
- Manage and coordinate ServiceNow implementation projects from the client side.
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, internal teams, ServiceNow experts, and external delivery partners.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Create and maintain project plans, work schedules, and delivery documentation.
- Track project progress against agreed plans and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
- Support Agile project delivery using ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 methodology.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
- Coordinate implementation activities with delivery partners responsible for technical execution.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow implementation standards and best practices.
- Support project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Work effectively in an international environment with teams located across different regions.
