Our platform integrates real-time secure voice, instant recording and intelligent text communication to ensure emergency services operate at peak efficiency. You’ll join a global, cross-functional ensemble of 100 experts-engineers, testers and product owner-all dedicated to delivering "zero-failure" software. Wymagania: - Education: MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related technical engineering discipline.- Experience: Proven experience and knowledge of the software development process and Agile/Scrum practices.- Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills allowing efficient global communication.- Problem Solving: Ability to identify roadblocks and drive them promptly to resolution.- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated eagerness to explore, test and integrate AI and automation capabilities into routine tasks to drive continuous improvement in engineering efficiency.- Compensation Advocacy and Recognition: Ability to provide fair recognition and advocate for appropriate rewards, promotions and compensation for team members, ensuring process transparency.- Technical Background: Prior experience as Developer, Architect or other technical role.
