O projekcie: The Mission: When emergencies happen, every single second counts. As a Technical Manager, you won't just be managing software development—you will be leading the teams that build our mission-critical Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) software. This is the technology that public safety professionals and first responders rely on to coordinate rescues, dispatch help, and save lives. What You Will Do: Step into a role where your technical expertise and leadership directly impact public safety. You will take the helm of our Scrum teams, driving both the development of new features and the maintenance of robust, high-stakes software systems. Wymagania: - Leadership Experience: 2+ years of proven leading, mentoring, and growing software development teams. - Technical Chops: Practical, hands-on experience programming large-scale systems and developing moderately complex software architectures. - SDLC Mastery: A deep, comprehensive understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle. - Autonomous Problem Solver: You don't wait for instructions. You thrive under minimal supervision and love untangling complex technical challenges. - Team-First Mindset: You are a team player who fosters a culture of trust and collaboration. - Clear Communicator: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
