You will take the helm of our Scrum teams, driving both the development of new features and the maintenance of robust, high-stakes software systems. Wymagania: - Leadership Experience: 2+ years of proven leading, mentoring, and growing software development teams. - Technical Chops: Practical, hands-on experience programming large-scale systems and developing moderately complex software architectures. - SDLC Mastery: A deep, comprehensive understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle. - Autonomous Problem Solver: You don't wait for instructions. You thrive under minimal supervision and love untangling complex technical challenges. - Team-First Mindset: You are a team player who fosters a culture of trust and collaboration. - Clear Communicator: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
