Requirements
• Experience: Proven track record of managing software development projects, preferably in a software house or tech company.
• Methodologies: Strong practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional Waterfall frameworks.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software, specifically Jira, Confluence.
• Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic technical concepts (APIs, Cloud, CI/CD, Git).
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Nice to have
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / PSM II), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Technical Background: Former experience as a software developer, QA engineer, or system analyst (Technical Project Manager profile).
