Wymagania: Critical Skills: - Proven servant leadership, with an emphasis on collaboration. - Expertise in coaching and facilitation, particularly within Agile and SAFe environments. - Skilled in conflict resolution/ellimination of disputes. - Deep understanding of process improvement and extensive knowledge of the Fabric Op Model. - Proficiency in SAFe, Scrum, and Agile frameworks, with the ability to adapt these practices - A commitment to continuous improvement and a track record of driving operational excellence. - Familiarity with DevOps culture and practices, aiming to enhance delivery speed and quality. - Strong communication skills - Pragmatic and agile in problem-solving, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances - Analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on solving complex challenges. - A transformative approach - Experience in analyzing metrics and improving delivery performance based on data-driven insights. Codzienne zadania: - Drive improvements in flow and throughput, focusing on performance and efficiency  - Foster operational proficiency by measuring and coaching on our operating model, DevOps, SAFe, and Agile methodologies.  - Utilize delivery data  - Maintain and prioritize a continuous improvement backlog for the teams within the solution train's scope.  - Lead planning and iteration execution, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery.  - Manage and resolve dependencies, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact delivery.  - Provide transparency into the backlog, team maturity, performance, and health.  - Be accountable for the effectiveness and performance of the delivery team, including STEs, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Coaches.
