O projekcie: Are you a student with a strong interest in project management, vendor coordination, and IT infrastructure? We are looking for a motivated, structured, and proactive student assistant to join our Network team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting daily operations, project execution, and vendor management in a fast-paced international environment. You will work closely with the team to help keep tasks, projects, and stakeholders aligned, while also building your understanding of network-related processes and technologies. The Network team is part of Falck Digital Technology and plays an important role in supporting the organisation’s connectivity and infrastructure needs across markets. Wymagania: We are looking for a student who is currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s programme, and who enjoys working in a structured and collaborative environment. To succeed in this role, you should: - Have strong project management or project coordination skills. - Be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. - Be proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and follow-up. - Have strong communication skills and be able to interact professionally with colleagues and vendors. - Be curious and eager to learn about network technologies and related processes. - Have a good command of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus). - Be fluent in written and spoken English. An interest in IT infrastructure or networking would be an advantage, but it is not a strict requirement. The following would be considered an advantage: - Previous experience with project coordination, PMO, or administrative support. - Familiarity with vendor management or supplier follow-up. - Basic understanding of network concepts, infrastructure, or IT services. - Experience with documentation, reporting, or process improvement. Codzienne zadania: - Supporting day-to-day team activities and administrative tasks. - Assisting with project coordination, including tracking actions, deadlines, and follow-ups. - Preparing and updating project documentation, presentations, and status overviews. - Supporting vendor management activities, including coordination, follow-up, and documentation. - Helping maintain clear communication between team members, vendors, and stakeholders. - Contributing to process improvements and helping ensure structure and consistency in team deliverables. - Supporting meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items. - This position requires a commitment of approximately 30-35 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate your studies.
