Nasze wymagania: Proven experience working as a Business Integrator, Business Transformation Lead or in a closely related role on enterprise HR transformation programmes. Demonstrable experience supporting HR transformation initiatives, including SAP SuccessFactors implementation programmes. Strong understanding of business process design, operational models and process integration. Demonstrated expertise in change management and organisational readiness. Senior-level consulting or management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills. Required technical skill: SAP SuccessFactors. Mile widziane: Consulting background and/or change management certification or methodology experience. O projekcie: We are seeking experienced Business Integrator to join a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation programme for a key client. The person in this role will ensure alignment between the SuccessFactors implementation and the client's business strategy, operational processes and organisational objectives. Zakres obowiązków: Align the SuccessFactors implementation with the client's business strategy, operational models and organisational objectives. Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to facilitate requirements translation, solution fit and timely delivery. Support adoption and operational readiness across the organisation, ensuring processes, training and go-live activities are coordinated effectively. Maintain a strong understanding of business operations and process integration to drive practical, sustainable solutions. Lead and contribute to change management activities and organisational readiness assessments throughout the programme. Manage stakeholder relationships at senior and operational levels, communicating status, risks and decisions clearly and professionally. Contribute to the delivery of complex enterprise transformation workstreams within a fast-paced, collaborative delivery environment. Oferujemy: Remote work.
