T Hub - Technical Project Manager (Platform Maintenance & Growth)

Nasze wymagania: Knowledge of mobile networks (4G, 5GNSA,5GSA), Model ISO/OSI, Understanding of UDP/TCP/SCTP/IP, MTU/MSS related topics, NAT & CGNAT, BGP, routing, MPLS, GRE, IPsec, Being able to understand related ITU-T, IEEE, IETF standards, Knowledge of TLS, HTTP, DNS, Diameter, Radius, Usage of tracing tools (Wireshark), Experience in high availability designs (redundancy internal and georedundancy). Proven experience in platform maintenance within the telco or technology sector. Expertise in scalability, high availability, and security principles. Good communication, and stakeholder management skills. Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field Zakres obowiązków: Verify, monitor and supervise the design and architecture of a robust, scalable platform for IoT B2B and B2C services Ensure platform stability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and optimization, Oversee incident management and root cause analysis for critical issues, Cooperate closely with vendors who provide platform and the service, Become a knowledge owner of a platform and a prime contact for technical topics, Organize and run technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders, Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Network, Security) to deliver integrated solutions. Technical mentoring of a team in order to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, Closely cooperate with People Leader to help the team grow and to improve cooperation with stakeholders.
