Team Lead / Product Owner (Technical) (M/F/D)

Wymagania: - Proven track record of successful product commercialization. - 3–5 years of experience managing a technical department or team (Mechanical Design, Software, and Electronics) in a Team Lead role; experience in the electrical engineering industry is highly preferred. - Higher Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. - Experience as a Product Owner is a significant plus.In-depth knowledge of electrical product development standards, quality management, and technical documentation requirements.Experience and market knowledge specifically in the development of frequency converters (VFDs) is desirable. - Strong negotiation skills with both suppliers and clients. - Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2 level). - Looking for specialists on site or ready to relocate. Codzienne zadania: - Develop and execute the product development strategy focused on technical solutions. - Define the vision for the company’s new product, including a detailed study of key development areas: competitor analysis, topologies, algorithms, designs, and cost of goods sold (COGS). - Create and implement a roadmap for the development and production launch of the new product. - Oversee the transition to mass production, including support for the supply chain and procurement processes. - Support sales, service, and marketing teams by providing timely technical solutions and comprehensive product documentation. - Manage a team of engineers, including Mechanical Designers, Power Electronics Engineers, and a Technical Lead in Power Equipment. - Establish effective cross-functional communication between the engineering team and all other departments regarding product development.
