Tech Product Manager (AI) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of AI-based products. You will work closely with engineering and data teams to design, build, and improve scalable AI solutions that deliver real business value. Key Responsibilities • Define and grow AI-driven products in cooperation with engineering and data teams. • Turn business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs. • Work closely with Data Science, Machine Learning, Backend, and DevOps teams. • Own and manage the technical roadmap and product backlog. • Take part in architectural decisions related to AI integration, scalability, and system performance. • Use data, metrics, and user feedback to improve and optimize solutions. • Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders in an international environment. Requirements • At least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager. • Hands-on experience with AI or ML-based technology products. • Strong understanding of system architecture (APIs, microservices, cloud environments). • Ability to work with technical teams and make decisions at the intersection of business and technology. • Good knowledge of the AI ecosystem (LLMs, NLP, automation, data pipelines – conceptual or practical understanding). • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Very good command of English. • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Nice to Have • Technical background (e.g., previous role as a developer, analyst, or architect). • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
