Technical Integration Lead

O projekcie: Technical Integration Lead Salary: 170 PLN/h net (+ VAT). Location: 100% Remote. Working Hours: 14:00 – 21:00 CET (overlapping with 8 AM – 3 PM EST)We are looking for a Technical Integration Lead to join our Global Tax Technology team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between various internal teams and a global platform. You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end integration process, ensuring technical alignment and smooth delivery. Methodology & Tools: - Communication: MS Teams, Email - Project tracking: Backlog/Agile environments - Domain: Global Tax Tech / Platform Integrations Wymagania: - Experience: 5+ years in IT (Technical Delivery, Integrations, or Tech Project Management). - Education: University degree in a technical field. - English: C1 level or higher (essential for daily cooperation with US-based teams). - Mindset: "Connecting the dots" approach, proactive problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership. - Skills: Proficiency in backlog management, risk assessment, and technical documentation. Codzienne zadania: - Integration Onboarding: Facilitate the intake process (request evaluation, design review, approval, and setup). - Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the backlog of active and planned integrations, including risk monitoring. - Bug Triage: Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of integration-related issues. - Communication: Act as the main point of contact for integrators (Teams/Email) and collaborate closely with Tech Leads and QA. - Knowledge Management: Maintain the Integrations Knowledge Base and publish monthly newsletters.
