For our Client – a global company operating in the transport and logistics sector – we are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives in an international environment. The role is part of a team responsible for technology-driven projects, including post-acquisition system integrations and modernization of core IT architecture. This position is ideal for professionals who combine strong project management maturity with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and technology. We offer - Long-term engagement within a stable, international organization operating on a global scale - Opportunity to work on strategic, high-impact IT projects and modern technology transformations - Support throughout the recruitment process from a dedicated Antal Consultant - Attractive benefits package, including private medical care and Multisport card Wymagania: - Proven experience in managing IT projects, particularly technology-heavy or infrastructure-related initiatives - Strong understanding of IT technology layers, including infrastructure, data transmission and application landscape - Engineering background or strong technical foundation is a significant advantage - Experience working in international environments (English at least B2 level) - High level of ownership, accountability and proactive approach to project delivery - Strong interest in technology and large-scale, complex IT programs Codzienne zadania: - Manage complex IT projects and programs end-to-end, from scope definition and planning to execution, reporting and closure - Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (infrastructure, systems, applications) in a global, distributed environment - Lead IT integration and consolidation projects following mergers and acquisitions - Contribute to strategic initiatives related to modernization and transformation of central IT architecture - Manage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, ensuring alignment and clear communication - Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and critical paths in technology-focused initiatives - Ensure high quality delivery, timelines adherence and transparent project governance
