O projekcie: Offer: - Private medical care - Co-financing for the sports card - Constant support of dedicated consultant - Employee referral program Wymagania: - 5+ years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role leading complex IT projects in enterprise environments, ideally with a strong infrastructure or platform focus - Solid background in IT infrastructure and performance engineering, including experience with high-availability, scalable, and mission-critical systems - Hands-on understanding of relational databases, ideally MS SQL Server, including performance troubleshooting, query optimization, and capacity considerations - Practical experience with event streaming technologies, preferably Apache Kafka, and their role in modern, distributed application architectures - Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and their use in deploying and operating large-scale applications - Experience working with application and infrastructure monitoring, logging, and APM tools to analyze errors, latency, throughput, and overall system health - Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within scope - Very good command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an asset Nice to have: - Previous exposure to Pega-based applications Codzienne zadania: - Lead end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives focused on ensuring the performance, stability, and scalability of business-critical applications - Coordinate cross-functional teams of infrastructure, database, and application experts to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve complex performance and reliability issues - Define, plan, and manage technical workstreams, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives - Drive the analysis of application and infrastructure performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and oversee the implementation of remediation actions and long-term improvements - Implement and govern standards, best practices, and procedures related to performance engineering, capacity management, and operational stability - Collaborate closely with architecture, development, operations, and business stakeholders to translate non-functional requirements into actionable technical plans - Ensure effective use of monitoring, logging, and error-analysis tools to proactively detect issues and maintain high availability and reliability of the platform - Prepare and present clear status reports, risk assessments, and decision proposals to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
