We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join team in Kraków, Poland - 3 days per week in the office. In this role, you will lead technology-focused projects across multiple business areas, ensuring effective execution and supporting organizational scalability and patient growth. You will collaborate closely with business and clinical stakeholders to translate operational processes into practical technical solutions, while ensuring alignment, governance, and successful delivery across a portfolio of initiatives. You will take full ownership of assigned projects - from initial planning through implementation - while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities. Key Responsibilities • Drive the design, mapping, and continuous improvement of business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. • Ensure project scope, timelines, budget, and technical quality remain aligned with agreed targets. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment. • Address complex business challenges using technical knowledge, structured project leadership, and creative problem-solving. • Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve patient experience and support business objectives. • Align with project sponsors and stakeholders on priorities, scope, and expected outcomes. • Establish and maintain effective project governance practices. • Develop and manage communication plans to ensure transparency across all levels of the organization. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and changes, escalating when necessary. • Support agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical workshops. • Facilitate issue resolution and conflict management through structured escalation paths. • Define team roles, responsibilities, and resource allocation plans. • Prepare and execute detailed project, implementation, and post-deployment (hypercare) plans. • Monitor project dependencies, constraints, and overall progress to ensure successful delivery. • Lead change management and business readiness activities to support adoption. • Deliver projects in line with defined milestones and success criteria. • Take on additional tasks and special assignments as required. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred). • Approximately 6–7 years of experience in technical project or program management roles, ideally within technology, healthcare, biotech environments. • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. • Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, including collaboration with senior leadership. • Experience in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-related industries is a strong advantage. • Familiarity with global organizations and delivering projects across multiple regions. • Professional certifications (such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, or similar) are considered a plus. • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional languages are an asset.
