Technical Project Manager – IAM (CyberArk / One Identity Manager) (m/f/d) Location: Poland -Remote Employment Type: B2BLanguages: English (C1 /C2) YOUR ROLE Program Leadership: You bring experience in leading execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs involving CyberArk and One Identity Manager, coordinating delivery across multiple technical streams and ensuring alignment with security architecture and business objectives. Project Planning & Delivery: You create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones. You ensure on-time delivery while managing risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: You engage with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners, maintaining clear communication and alignment across architecture, security, engineering, and business teams. Governance & Reporting: You run governance forums, establish reporting cadence, and provide regular status updates to leadership, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes. IAM & Security Alignment: You ensure project activities comply with security controls, identity governance policies, and privileged access management standards. Vendor & Team Coordination: You coordinate vendors and internal delivery teams, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and execution remains on track. Workshops & Solution Design: You drive workshops, solution design discussions, and alignment sessions to translate requirements into practical IAM implementations. Rollout & Testing: You manage rollout activities, testing phases, and go-live readiness, ensuring smooth deployment of IAM solutions. Documentation: You oversee project documentation, including technical decisions, delivery outcomes, and operational handover materials. Quality & Continuous Improvement: You actively contribute to continuous improvement by refining delivery processes, strengthening cross-team collaboration, and promoting best practices in IAM program execution.
