Technical Project Manager - OT/SCADA

Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a robust background in stakeholder management and project coordination, particularly for OT/SCADA systems in offshore environments. This role focuses on developing and optimizing technical recovery plans for offshore windfarms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a structured approach to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to security standards and compliance with regulations. Main Responsibilities: • Assist workstream leads in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans. • Track deliverables and proactively identify potential schedule slippages. • Ensure updates meet the programme’s standards for detail and accuracy. • Coordinate the collection of status reports and synthesize updates into executive summaries. • Maintain programme dashboards for visibility into project health and resource allocation. • Facilitate meetings, documenting key decisions and action items. • Maintain the RAID log, mitigating specific workstream risks. • Support the change request process by documenting scope impacts. • Ensure proper organization of programme documentation in centralized repositories. • Act as a center of excellence, providing tools and best practices to workstream leads. • Conduct data analysis for informed decision-making by leadership. Key Requirements: • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management. • Structured, practical project management approach. • Coordination skills across multiple geographical locations. • Experience in OT/SCADA project management. • Proficiency in using PMT tools for project management. • Ability to manage documentation using SharePoint or Confluence. • Familiarity with NIS2, NIS-CAF, and ISO27k regulation frameworks. • Ability to conduct detailed data analyses. • Proficient with Power BI, Jira, or Excel for dashboards. Nice to Have: • Advanced certifications in project management. • Experience with data visualization tools.
