Technical Project Manager with AI

Interest or experience in AI technologies, with the ability to understand technical concepts. Ability to work 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (CET) Strong startup mindset: flexibility (ability to work well under pressure and frequent change), proactiveness, and a “get things done” attitude. Zakres obowiązków: Managing projects in a fast-paced startup environment, where scope and timelines may change dynamically Adapting quickly to changing project assumptions, sometimes adjusted live during client calls Participating in client meetings (mostly between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM CET) Translating business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the technical team Working closely with international clients and internal technical teams Capturing, documenting, and organizing meeting outcomes, including action items, decisions, and next steps Tracking tasks, progress, and dependencies, and ensuring follow-through Supporting projects related to AI / ML, with a strong understanding of concepts and approaches (no coding required)
