We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our MENAT Regional Team, reporting to the Portfolio and Programme Management Lead. This role focuses on delivering high-quality financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and ensuring accurate cost reporting for technology projects and programmes. Zakres obowiązków: Standardised Reporting • Prepare and deliver monthly central reports with validated, actionable data for senior stakeholders. • Perform data quality checks and logical validations. • Drive automation and process improvements in reporting. • Analyse process changes from Finance and GCIO COO, ensuring compliance. • Validate and analyse central billing of GICO costs, providing variance analysis. • Support ad-hoc reporting and thematic reports for senior stakeholders. Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis • Support CTB supply and demand processes, track budget utilization, and escalate gaps. • Assist with workforce allocation forecasting and Value Stream delivery. • Monitor direct costs, support reforecasting, and address target gaps. • Provide operational support for AOP, FRP/SPC, and CAM reviews. • Generate CAM reports and track dispute resolution progress. Financial Control & Governance • Manage CTB and RTB Billable Products in GPDM, aligned with Value Stream Investment Plans. • Oversee processes related to Software Capitalization, accruals, impairments, and invoice payments. • Review supplier rates and support cost recovery initiatives. • Participate in governance forums and charges review meetings. • Maintain the Regional Team’s Confluence page with up-to-date data. Portfolio & Delivery Capacity Management • Support role creation and renewal processes. • Monitor key metrics for Capacity Management Admin Scorecard. • Assist CIO with transformation activities. Procurement Support • Act as a point of contact for third-party engagement queries. • Support Cost Board approval processes and track accrual utilization. Strategic Contribution & Continuous Improvement • Contribute to GCIO-wide enhancements and cost efficiency initiatives. • Prepare performance updates for governance forums. • Support Regional CIO/Head of Tech with strategic and operational needs.
