We are seeking an experienced Trade Project Manager to support a large-scale transformation programme focused on the decommissioning and retirement of legacy applications across Europe and the Americas. The role sits within a complex global change environment within Financial Services, requiring strong domain expertise in Trade and Finance alongside proven project delivery capability. What we offer: • Long Term B2B Contract • Rate: 150-180 PLN/ H + VAT • Remote role( visit Cracow 1 time per month ) Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of application demise and decommissioning projects across trade platforms • Oversee transformation workstreams spanning Europe and Americas, ensuring alignment with global standards and timelines • Coordinate across business, technology, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution of application retirement activities • Ensure dependencies, risks, and issues are actively managed and escalated where necessary • Support impact assessments, data migration considerations, and cutover planning linked to legacy system removal • Work closely with stakeholders to define target-state processes and ensure minimal disruption to trading operations • Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and data retention requirements throughout the demise lifecycle • Drive governance, reporting, and programme documentation across all phases of delivery • Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure safe shutdown and replacement of systems Key Requirements: • Strong background in Trade / Markets / Investment Banking environments • Proven experience in Financial Services transformation programmes • Previous involvement in application decommissioning, migration, or legacy system retirement • Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, financial products, and operational processes • Experience working across multi-region programmes (Europe and/or Americas preferred) • Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and senior leadership • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional delivery in a regulated environment • Strong governance, planning, and risk management capability • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
