Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trade Project Manager to support a complex, cross-border transformation programme focused on the migration of trade applications and supporting capabilities into France, alongside the decommissioning of legacy platforms across Europe and the Americas. This is a high-impact role within a regulated financial services environment, requiring strong Trade domain expertise and a deep understanding of Finance and Markets operations. What we offer: • Long Term B2B Contract • Rate: 150-180 PLN/ H + VAT • Remote role( visit Cracow 1 time per month ) Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of trade application migration and demise activities as part of a strategic consolidation into the French operating model. • Manage the transition of applications, data, and processes from multiple European and American entities into France. • Oversee complex cutover planning, ensuring minimal disruption to trading, risk, and operational processes during migration. • Coordinate across business, technology, operations, risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with French target-state requirements. • Support detailed impact assessments, including regulatory, tax, data residency, and operational constraints linked to cross-border migration. • Drive integration of legacy platforms into target French infrastructure while managing concurrent application decommissioning in source regions. • Ensure all migration and demise activities comply with European and French regulatory expectations, including data retention and audit requirements. • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple jurisdictions and workstreams. • Produce clear governance reporting and executive-level updates for senior stakeholders across regions. • Partner with architecture and engineering teams to define target-state solutions and execution roadmaps. Key Requirements: • Strong experience in Trade / Markets / Investment Banking environments. • Proven track record delivering large-scale cross-border transformation or migration programmes. • Deep understanding of trade lifecycle, financial products, and front-to-back trade processing. • Experience with application migration, legacy system retirement, or operating model consolidation. • Exposure to France-based regulatory, operational, or infrastructure environments is highly desirable. • Strong stakeholder management across multiple geographies (Europe and Americas). • Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments. • Strong delivery, governance, and risk management capability across complex programmes. • Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, multi-jurisdictional organisations.
