VR Domain Functional Expert

Introduction & Summary We are seeking an experienced VR Domain Functional Expert with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in enterprise digital/IT initiatives, with strong facilitation skills and the ability to translate technical constraints into functional scope. This role will encompass leading functional activities across a portfolio of VR initiatives, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, network, and architecture stakeholders. Main Responsibilities The Functional Expert will serve as the functional lead across the VR domain portfolio. Key responsibilities include: • Acting as the single functional point of contact. • Facilitating workshops with business owners and technical leads. • Maintaining action tracking and preparing steering committee inputs. • Eliciting and formalizing business requirements and use cases. • Preparing and coordinating gate review documentation. • Drafting architecture views for technical validation. • Defining roles and training needs for sustainable operations. • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defining acceptance criteria. Key Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. • Experience as Functional Lead on enterprise digital/IT initiatives. • Strong facilitation skills with cybersecurity and network stakeholders. • High-quality documentation capabilities (requirements, architectural views, etc.). • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. • Excellent communication skills in English. Nice to Have • Experience with vendor evaluation and adoption of design review software. • Knowledge of end-to-end development for collaborative review workflows. • Familiarity with cloud/streaming enablement for VR experiences. Other Details This position is focused on managing a portfolio of VR domain initiatives involving software lifecycle, collaboration workflows, and device fleet modernization. Availability for various engagements and flexibility in coordinating with multiple stakeholders is essential.
